What materials do you use to make your socks?
Our socks are manufactured using premium quality combed cotton. By combing the cotton, the short and breakable cotton fibers are removed leaving only the finest and strongest yarns. We also use a small percentage of elastane and polyamide to provide elasticity and resitance.
How should I wash my socks?
We recommend washing your socks with cold water and no bleach to preserve colors and maintain size and shape. They will last longer if you keep them out of the dryer. Colors will stay truer if you wash your socks inside-out. Avoid bleaching or ironing your socks. Avoid tumble drying. To remove the label from your new socks do not rip it off as this will damage your socks. Please remove it by gently pulling out the thread on the label using your fingers.

I haven't received any order confirmation, is everything okay?
Once your order is completed you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you haven't received any in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you can't find it, send us an email to hello@mushka.com.ua and we'll send you a copy.
What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing, shipping option or shipping address. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order if possible. The best way to change or cancel an order is to send us an email at hello@mushka.com.ua
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also sign into your account on www.mushka.com.ua using the email address and password you used during checkout. Your info is all there!

How do I cancel my order?
If your socks have not shipped, we can stop the process and refund your money. If your socks have already shipped, just send them right back to us so another sock lover can enjoy them.
How do I choose the size for my socks?
Luckily for you, we sock fairies are sizing experts. Our sizes are gender neutral. They come in Small 36-38, 36-40 and Large 39-42, 41-45 and 43-46.
Sock sizes correspond to shoe sizes.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 30 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund. In order to return or exchange you should verify that the merchandise is unworn with labels and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to Mushka. If you ask for a refund you will receive the full amount for the goods (original shipping charges will not be refunded). We do not take responsibility for any goods lost during the return shipping.
