1. International orders:
- via "Ukrposhta" (Estimated delivery time to Europe: 9-11 business days; to USA and Canada: 12-14 business days).
- via "Nova Poshta" (Estimated delivery time to Europe: 4-6 business days; to USA and Canada: 8-10 business days).
2. We supply a tracking number for all shipments, both domestic and international, so you can follow your order at the couriers' websites.
3. Mushka does not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders will ship out same day if placed by 3 pm EST.
4. Please be aware of your country's customs policies, as customs duties may be added and collected before you are able to receive your shipment.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 14 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund. In order to return or exchange you should verify that the merchandise is unworn with labels and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to Mushka.
If you ask for a refund you will receive the full amount for the goods (original shipping charges will not be refunded). We do not take responsibility for any goods lost during the return shipping.
